Moreau new commissioner of Utilities Disputes

The Board of Utilities Disputes Ltd, formerly known as The Office of the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner (EGCC), today named dispute resolution executive Nanette Moreau as Commissioner of Utilities Disputes. 

Commissioner Moreau is a highly qualified and experienced and has held chief executive and senior management roles in the private and public sectors in Canada and New Zealand.  She is an experienced lawyer and mediator.  She joined the EGCC in 2002 and moved from her Deputy Commissioner role to Commissioner in March 2016.
