Arrival of new articulating boom lift imminent

Product Watch

A process of evolutionary improvement is a key guiding principle in the development of new Genie products. This is embodied by the new Genie Z-62/40 articulating boom lift, which will be available in New Zealand by mid-2015.

“It’s a compact and hardworking unit, offering outstanding vertical and horizontal reach, manoeuvrability, working envelope and servicing,” said Ed Richardson, Sales and Marketing Director from Youngman Richardson & Co Limited, the distributor of Genie machines in New Zealand. In all of these areas, Genie Z-62/40 provides significant enhancements over the Genie Z-60/34, the model it replaces.”

The Genie Z-62/40 boom lift also delivers zero tailswing for compact performance in tight spaces. The Genie Fast Mast system quickly gets workers from ground to maximum height. Also the dual parallelogram lift linkage allows precise positioning of the platform on the jobsite for improved accuracy.

The Genie Z-62/40 boom lift will be a sort after machine for a wide range of industries including construction, installation, maintenance, mining, petrochemical, and telecommunications.
