The German engineered brand of BOGE Compressors will again have a presence at EMEX in 2016 with a display of products including compressors and refrigerated air dryers featured on their stand.
Air Gas Compressor Specialists, the New Zealand sales and service agents for the BOGE brand will partner with BOGE to attend the stand. Air Gas have locations in Christchurch, New Plymouth and Manakau and these warehouse facilities enable them to carry large stocks of BOGE machines, dryers, filters and genuine spare parts including the premium BOGE mineral and synthetic oils.
The BOGE brand is regarded as First-Class-Engineering made in Germany however the price for the product is quite competitive. Compressor models start in size from 5.5hp at 20cfm and provide a wide range of models including 7.5hp, 10hp, 15hp, 20hp, 25hp and 30hp with the option of direct drive or belt drive, with dryers, air receivers and variable speed models available.
These machines are ideal for furniture makers, cabinet makers and kitchen manufacturers as well as collision repair facilities and small to medium engineering plants.
The larger machines go to 480hp and are virtually hand crafted in Germany offering belt drive models, direct drive models and most with the option of VSD or built in dryers. These machines are suitable for large manufacturing including food processing and other oil free applications.
Innovation at BOGE has led the company to experience dramatic expansion especially with the in-house manufacture of their own air ends. The BOGE ‘C’ series compressors are literally 100 years of know how compressed into the smallest space. This provides not only a cost saving solution but also a space saving solution to the customer at a very realistic price.
The larger BOGE compressors are hand crafted and built for heavy duty work with a standard machine capable of enduring almost any environment. With a variable speed drive as an option on most models the customer can benefit from power savings achieved.
Engineered products are also available with skid mounted or containerised solutions built to order with a variety of options available on the machines depending on the application.
BOGE also make many niche products including oil free and high pressure pistons used in water treatment plants, 40bar boosters, medical air and nitrogen generators. BOGE also offer an aftermarket solution with their BC (catalytic) converter which can produce class ‘O’ oil free air and can be inserted after any brand of compressor in an existing application.
