EQM’s C-Channel Belt Conveyors have been adapted for many uses over the last decade. This type of belt conveyor is based on a tried and tested but simple and effective design that can span up to 6-metres without support.
C- Channel Belt conveyors are used in food processing plants, fruit and vegetable packhouses (for reject product) and as harvest conveyors (for melons) out in the field, among many other uses.
EQM’s Anthony Bloxham says the benefits of the conveyor are their adaptability of use and longer span.
Projects small (1.5 metres) and large (18 metres) have been completed using the C-Channel. “It’s also very lightweight so it can be a mobile unit which is ideal for harvesting and for onsite contractors.
