Chainflex cables for reiability and safety

Electrical Technology

Cables are the veins that run throughout your operation. They can be often overlooked, but the reality is you need to be able to depend on them for your operation to continue. Safety is of utmost importance – operationally, legally and financially. Plant and machine constructors have to make binding statements about operational safety and reliability.
Igus has over 25 years of experience with tried and tested application knowledge from intensive internal tests. With the world’s largest test laboratory for cable and e-chains, Igus is able to make reliable and verifiable statements about durability and service life. Predictable reliability for every user!
Igus chainflex cables are tested extensively for millions of cycles and with over 1354 types available, there is bound to be one that fits your requirements. With a configurable and calculable service life, you can set and forget. Igus conduct over two billion test strokes every year, with long travels up to 210m and fast applications up to 50m/s, and as a result, Igus are able to offer a 36-month guarantee (guarantee subject to criteria).
There are cables for all types of motions including horizontal, vertical, torsion, high speed, and cables for all types of environments including oil, coolant, clean room, high and low temperatures and more. Igus even offers special customer-specific movement tests (to the Igus standard) to ensure suitability of product prior to mass production.
No minimum order, order only the length required (in one-metre increments).
