DEMAG DVR wire rope hoist and DBC Chain hoist

Demag Cranes and Components have a very long history of wire rope hoist manufacture and 2023 introduces a new model in the Demag DVR.

The DVR covers a load capacity up to 80 tonnes then up to 100 tonnes for the DH model, over 100 tonnes Demag still have the MPW open winch hoist range.

The DVR wire rope hoist is available in foot mounted, normal headroom, low headroom and double girder as solo hoists, or on crane sets.

The DVR offers high levels of efficiency and productivity. You benefit from its flexibility in all areas of application, thanks to its extensive portfolio. The DVR offers customised solutions for the various requirements of crane and lifting technology. From the standard version to the smart high-end solution with intelligent safety functions, the DVR rope hoist meets the demands for economical lifting solutions.

We can offer the solo hoist for a new or replacement unit to the full crane kitset that includes the DVR hoist, end carriages and electrics. Everything you require except the bridge beam.

This is only one of the changes in the Demag portfolio, the DC chain hoist is still available up to 5t however a new range has been introduced as a simple basic application chain hoist up to 2,500kg.

The DBC chain hoist will be available for a fixed application, push or motorised trolley so a versatile chain hoist for the everyday application in sizes of DBC 2, DBC 5, DBC 10. Load capacity from 63kg to 2500kg and hookpath upto 6 metres. Pendant controller suspended from the hoist. Contactor controls with 48-volt control voltage.

For the more versatile application the DC chain hoist is available in a range of lift speeds, hookpath and electrics, from 125kg to 5,000kg.
