Dytran 3115AH High Temp Miniature IEPE Accelerometer

Automation

Dytran model 3115AH is a miniature, high temperature, IEPE accelerometer, with an overall weight of 2 grams. Offered with a 10 mV/g sensitivity and 500g shock limit, the model 3115AH incorporates a quartz crystal sensing element, for flat sensitivity over temperature.

This miniature sensor was created for embedded shock monitoring of drilling tools. and features a rugged stainless steel construction, integral insulated pigtail leads and adhesive mounting, with an operating temperature of 200° for use in high temperature environments.

The 3115AH can be used in embedded miniature, high temperature applications, OEM embedded applications, and embedded shock monitoring , for drilling tools.

Key Features:

  • Built in impedance converting amplifier (IEPE) that can operate at extreme temperature up to 200°C
  • Utilises an inverted quartz element to minimise the unwanted effects of base strain on the accelerometer signal.
  • A quartz sensing element provides long term thermal stability in the low thermal coefficient of sensitivity, in other words the sensor changes very little in sensitivity from room temperature to 200°C.
  • Stable DV Bias at 200°C to minimise error during mathematical integration due to 1/f noise
