2016 has been a busy and exciting year for Dyno Conveyors and our clients.
There’ve been a lot of highlights, but we thought we’d pick out a few – while looking forward to what 2017 will bring.
The giveaway, on our stand at Foodtech Packtech, of Chef Heston Blumenthal’s “In Search Of Perfection”, not only summed up our focus for the year, but made for four happy winners.
Scott McLean, Dyno Conveyors’ Sales Manager, said the mood of the event was buoyant with a lot of interest in the Dyno site. “It’s great to talk with people in the industry about how their businesses are going and about what they’re looking for to make them even better. “
In that spirit, there was also a chance to talk about the launch of Dyno Care, a new service which will build on Dyno Conveyors’ already exacting on-site quality control and maintenance solutions. Scott says it’s the next step up for the company. “Businesses’ expectations are always evolving and we need to be ahead of the game, right across all the industries we serve – and that ranges from newspapers, to tourism to food production.”
A bit earlier on in the year, there was EMEX, where visitors to the Dyno site were also in the draw for “toys” based on original designs by Leonardo da Vinci – one of the greatest engineers ever.
So, where to for 2017?
Well, there’s a major web upgrade not far away, which is going to enhance the Dyno Conveyors experience. Scott’s not giving much away, but he did say that in the digital age, customers’ expectations of engaging with their company at any time of the day or night, and getting the information they need, has increased exponentially.
“We took a hard look at ourselves and our conveyors are state-of-the-art, everything else should be too. I think it’s a natural progression: Nothing stands still in our industry – literally.”
