A message to our members and community

News

We all have listened to the many voices from our political leaders and the leaders of our community here in Christchurch. And as much as we are horrified by the terrible massacre of innocent people in our midst, we can also take comfort in the strong response from all parts of our community, here in Christchurch, across New Zealand and International support. But for some of you this will be personal, too. We have heard from members who have employees directly affected by these murders, and they will not have an easy day today, or in the near future, helping these people come through their grief. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families and the many other in our community, some of you among them, whose lives have been directly impacted. If there is anything we as The Manufacturers’ Network can do, please do not hesitate to contact myself (on 021-676 955) or our Chief Executive, Dieter Adam (on 027-495 3276).

For those that need assistance, get in touch with the mental health helpline 'Need to Talk' by calling 0800 1737 1737 or texting 1737, or by calling Victim Support on 0800 842 846
