FUTEK High Accuracy Miniature Electrical Torque ScrewDriver

Equipment

FUTEK’s TAT200 Miniature Electrical Torque ScrewDriver offers a unique solution for Torque auditing applications. From its anodised aluminium housing to its light weight, the TAT200 Miniature Torque Screw Driver provides a great Torque measurement solution.

Utilising FUTEK's Reaction Miniature Torque Electrical Screwdriver,  allows operators the ability to monitor the torque applied during assembly. The TAT200 is a smart electrical screwdriver that allows the engineers to have live feedback of the torque and/or study the torque applied during assembly.

How it Works:

When assembling more delicate products, operators may be required to use Miniature Torque Screwdrivers to monitor the torque applied to nuts and/or bolts.

The TAT200 lends itself as the perfect auditing tool to monitor such torsional measurements.

When Paired the with Futek’s USB Solutions and SENSIT™ Software, a laboratory platform is created for data logging and live graphing measurements straight onto that operator's computer screen.

Alternatively for more industrial uses, as a production device,  pairing the TAT200 Electrical Torque Screwdriver with Futek’s IHH500 Intelligent Digital Hand Held Display, gives that industrial capability  .
