element14 invests in semiconductor portfolio

element14 has announced that it has signed a global distribution agreement with Micro Commercial Components (MCC) that will enable it to deliver highly advanced, discrete semiconductor solutions to industries as diverse as automotive, industrial, consumer and computing.

MCC’s focus is on supreme quality and enhanced features for components such as diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, silicon carbide (SiC) products, protection devices, voltage regulators, transistors and power modules – all backed by a well-established global reputation for customer service.

Ultimately, this partnership will provide element14 developer customers with ready access to more than 10,000 MCC semiconductor components that can enhance their designs, including advanced automotive-grade components, which represent 25% of MCC's extensive portfolio. All are backed by exceptional global support and the supply and quality assurance only an integrated device manufacturer can deliver.
