From 10–11 November, Logistics Automation NZ - Powered by CeMAT, brings together leading keynote speakers, exhibitors and industry innovators at Auckland Showgrounds for New Zealand's first dedicated platform for logistics and warehouse automation. The event connects suppliers, customers and decision-makers to explore technologies transforming warehousing, material handling, packaging, order picking and supply chain management. But it's really about something more practical: what automation actually delivers for New Zealand logistics operators facing real pressure right now—labour shortages, rising freight costs and finding solutions to optimise your business.
Event Manager Deb Haimes believes industry is ready for this conversation. "It's not just about connecting suppliers and customers," she says. "It's about bringing people together to share ideas, exchange insights and find solutions that work for the New Zealand economy. We haven't had a dedicated platform like this before and that's exactly why it matters."
With two days of industry insights at the Knowledge Theatre - Inspired and Powered by SSI SCHAEFER, including over 30 speakers sharing insights on automation, logistics and supply chain strategy. The programme is guided by Kim Winter of Logistics Executive Group, who will MC throughout the two days. International keynotes include IDC’s (International Data Corporation) Stephanie Krishnan, Global Logistics leader, Dr Raymon Krishnan, and Mushiny Robotics, Scott van Munster. New Zealand industry leaders bringing expertise include Port of Auckland’s, Roger Gray, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), Nic Blakeley, GingerControl’s Chen Cui, NZPICS, Vijay Todkar, Automate-X's Jordan McFall, Ben Haughey & Marcel van Niekerk, Argon & Co’s Richard Mahoney, Briscoe Group’s Darren Porteous and Ranpak’s Saar Davidi, with additional speakers and panellists to be announced. Sessions span technology trends, supply chain shifts, talent gaps, and policy settings needed to help Kiwi businesses compete.

Hosted within the trade event is the New Zealand Forklift Championships, bringing the country's most skilled operators head-to-head in a live, timed precision course on the show floor, judged by ASWEFA.
