Compressed air controls confident in it's products and services

General

Compressed Air Controls’ preventative maintenance and repairs are just one of the four main areas that make up the core of Compressed Air Controls’ business. The independently owned and operated company since 1990 designs pneumatic automation solutions, and supplies a range of pneumatic equipment and industrial air compressors. We also import, supply and install air compressors, dryers and filtration equipment to industry.

Whether you have a new concept idea or want to upgrade or modernise a process, Compressed Air Controls will provide an automation solution that will meet your needs. We offer complete turnkey packages and can also design, build or test concepts to ensure your requirements are met. No problem is too complex and we take pride in the innovative and simple solutions we offer our customers. Applications vary from fire service truck pneumatic controls to production improvements in timber mills.

Compressed Air Controls are suppliers of the highest quality equipment and parts in the compressed air industry. We stand beside our products as we offer our customers return on investment, such as savings in maintenance, longevity and running costs.

Compressed Air Controls offer a range of installation services and have experienced, qualified Service Technicians who can organise all or part of an install, anytime of the day. Our installations include ensuring there is adequate ventilation, correct piping design, condensation waste is draining efficiently and pressure vessels/receivers are correctly installed and meet health and safety requirements.

In 2019 Compressed Air Controls joined the ELGi NZ group, joining with Finnco Compressors Ltd (Auckland & Rotorua) to supply the New Zealand market. Compressed Air Controls Ltd are the lower North Island distributor with branches in Palmerston North, Wellington and Hawke’s Bay. Compressed Air Controls have installed ELGI’s range of rotary screw air compressors and reciprocating air compressors in manufacturing plants, wastewater plants and primary producers.

We also provide the award-winning AB Series of compressors; the ELGi AB Series won the CII Design Excellence Award, which celebrates design and innovation in India, in the Industrial Design, capital goods category in 2019. The oil-free AB series is perfect for the food and beverage industry as we have solved the problems that traditional oil-free compressors suffer from; high maintenance costs, poor reliability and high cost of ownership.

Compressed Air Controls know that for our customers compressed air is a core component of their business. If a compressed air problem should occur, it’s important that it gets resolved as soon as possible to ensure we get back to business as usual. Our Service Technicians are fully trained and qualified to service any make and model compressor, and all our service vehicles are fully equipped to respond to issues – be it routine services or 24/7 callouts. We also can provide preventative maintenance through AirCare✓. This preventive approach, where we maintain your compressor instead of reacting to breakdowns, means you are billed monthly, spreading the cost, with less likelihood of stressful, inconvenient breakdowns and also means more uptime of production lines. Compressed Air Controls is so confident in the quality of their preventative maintenance service product, AirCare✓, we have a guarantee; if your compressor breaks down while you are signed up to AirCare✓ Compressed Air Controls will not charge for the breakdown repairs (conditional).
