Modular systems protect workers

General

THE safety of workers on the production room floor is paramount for any business. Now Autoline’s Gratis Guard modular safety system delivers the security and strength required to protect you and your staff while machines are operating.
Manufactured from high quality MayTec aluminium profiles, the Gratis Guards are fully customisable. The MayTec range of profiles and connectors are totally vibration-proof and allow Autoline to create the perfect solution for particular requirements.
The systems are easy to disassemble and reassemble and their lightweight form belies their extreme strength and toughness.
Because of the high number of serious harm and fatal injuries associated with the unsafe use of machinery, the Department of Labour has begun a three year machine guarding project across New Zealand.
Applications for the Gratis Guard range include robot cells, hazardous machinery guards, personal safety barriers and perimeter protection. It’s a fully modular system – easily customisable to suit your needs. Doors, interlocks and area sensors are available as part of a full safety system, and there’s a choice of mesh, polycarbonate, perforated sheet and solid panels.
